This is a pay per download site, the artists work hard to produce the tracks listed on this site and deserve the royalties that are paid for downloads.

ARBITRATION

1. Arbitration of any and all legal matters concerning the use, sale or distribution of artist(s) content submitted to S & J CD Duplication, Inc. for the use on www.thedigitalspring.com will be held in Clay County, Florida using the current standard arbitration rules for commercial entities.

GOVERNING LAW

1. This agreement will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida, no matter where the customer(s) jurisdiction lies. Any and all legal matters arising between the customer(s) and S & J CD Duplication, Inc., including breach shall be governed by the law in said State. This includes any matters that would arise out of the United States jurisdiction.
