1. Who is The Digital Spring and what do you offer?
The Digital Spring is owned by S & J CD Duplication, Inc. and is an extention for their clients to offer their music to the world. We offer an online forum for clients to sell their music in MP3 format. top

2. What methods of payment are accepted?
The Digital Spring accepts Paypal and all major credit cards. top

3. Can I preview songs before I order them?
All tracks have a 30 second preview that will load in our online music player. To hear a sample of the song you are interested in, click the play button to the left of the shopping cart icon. To preview the entire album click on the play button that is listed above the track listings near the album title. top

4. How do I download an album or song?
First find the artist you are interested in. Artists are listed alphebetically, by new releases and by top sellers. Second click on the album for the artist you are intested in. Tracks can be purchased by the entire lp, ep or individual tracks. Select what you are looking for by clicking on the shopping cart icon. Once all items are in your cart you can proceed to the checkout area. You will need to register and then login to purchase tracks off The Digital Spring. top

5. What if I have trouble downloading tracks or my download did not complete?
Please try rebooting your system, check hard drive space anything to make the download easier. Downloads are available for up to 7 days. All you need to do is simply log back in and go to the "my account" section, then "my orders". You will able to redownload from there. You can attempt to download up to 5 times. top

6. What if the file I downloaded is corrupt?
Please send an email to digispring@snjcd.com and we will correct the issue ASAP. We will inspect the original file. However issues can arise during downloading so before contacting us, please download the track again. top

7. How do I get my music listed on The Digital Spring?
All albums that are submitted to S & J CD Duplication, Inc. www.snjcd.com to either be replicated or duplicated are available to be listed on The Digital Spring complimentary. top

8. How do I get my music listed on The Digital Spring if I did not place an order with S & J CD Duplication, Inc?
Please visit this page http://www.thedigitalspring.com/providor.php or click the "submit" link at the top of the site. Fill out the form on the page, please give as much info as possible. Will will assign you a username and password and you will be able to login to the system from there. Using the interface you will be able to upload your music, band photo and cover art. You will also be able to list your paypal information for payouts. top

9. What are the payouts for lps, eps and individual tracks?
LPs are sold for $9.99, of which $7.49 is paid to the customer. EPs (titles with less than 7 tracks) are sold for $6.00, of which $4.50 is paid to the customer. Individual tracks are sold for $.99, of which $.74 is paid to the customer. The Digital Spring only keeps $.25 per track. top
